We recently held a Redcord Active course led by Mr. Ralph Nseir at our Lebanon clinic, designed specifically for physiotherapists and personal trainers looking to deepen their knowledge of active, advanced exercises. 

This interactive course focused on Redcord’s suspension techniques to enhance strength, stability, and functional movement, empowering participants with skills to elevate client results. It was an exciting and hands-on experience that underscored our commitment to advancing expertise in the field of rehabilitation and active recovery.
