IRR Course 2023

We recently held the Introduction to Redcord Rehabilitation (IRR) Course in Lebanon, bringing physiotherapy professionals together to dive into the NEURAC method's core concepts and applications. 

Led by our instructor, Dr Nour El Khazen, the course provided in-depth insights into Redcord's suspension exercises and neuromuscular activation techniques, equipping participants with advanced skills for pain relief and functional rehabilitation. 

Through a mix of theory and hands-on training, attendees were able to directly experience the benefits of NEURAC, preparing them to incorporate innovative rehabilitation techniques into their practices.
